HCS Tools

The HCS Tools of the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics include readers for various microscopes, quality controls metrics, all common plate normalization methods, a very powerful plate heatmap viewer, library annotation tools, as well as barcode and plate layout utilities. Together with a rich set of R templates for visualization and modeling, these tools provide a powerful solution for mining screening data that is easy to use, but flexible enough to cope with various types of assays.

Please visit this site for installation instructions.

More details and documentation can be found in the Wiki on github, from where we also provide the source code of the nodes.
