Compares two DoubleValues based on their generic double.

Parameters:

v1 - the first DoubleValue to compare the other with

v2 - the other DoubleValue to compare the first with

Returns:

what a comparator is supposed to return.

Throws:

ClassCastException - If one of the arguments is not DoubleValue type.

NullPointerException - If any argument is null.
