Dear ,
When i trying to run a loop i find an error runtime c++ (see attached image of error), i suppose an error of memory but still occuor if i write all in the disk. Which is the reason of this? i run knime 2.5.2 on win xp.

This seems to be a problem with the Indigo substructure matcher node. I'm moving your post into the Indigo category.

With the latest nightly build of Indigo nodes the problem seems to be fixed.
