Lhasa Nodes for KNIME (trusted extension)

About Lhasa

Lhasa Limited is a not-for-profit organisation and educational charity that facilitates collaborative data sharing projects in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemistry-related industries. For more information visit our website (http://www.lhasalimited.org).

About the nodes

Lhasa Limited’s research group use KNIME for exploratory work in cheminformatics, (Q)SAR modelling, data manipulation and machine learning. Some of the nodes developed have been released for public use.

Currently the released nodes cover table manipulation and supporting activities for the assessment of binary classification models. As well as running SmartCyp and WhichCyp for metabolism predictions.

General processing nodes:

A variery of nodes for general processing of tables including additional filtering, conversion of Tables to HTML (useful for reporting and email).

Metabolism nodes

Nodes for processing SmartCyp and WhichCyp for the identification of site of metabolism and binding to Cyp isophorms respectively.

Support

Support should be sought via the KNIME forum, alternatively contact knime@lhasalimited.org

Examples

Example workflows can be on the public KNIME server under "community/lhasa".

Release notes

The generic nodes have been developed against KNIME varius KNIME versions and tested against those they are released in.

New functionality is now only released on KNIME v3. Currently branches exist for 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3. Features are generally not ported backwards to older KNIME versions than the latest release.

The metabolism nodes are available for KNIME >= 3.1.

The changelog can be seen here: https://tech.knime.org/book/lhasa-community-contribution-changelog.
